Vinyasa: Breath and movement are linked together in a flow of strengthening, balancing and opening postures. This class combines functional sequences and pose breakdown to build endurance and strength for every-day living. Awareness of the breath and creative movement exploration is encouraged for a full mind-body experience. Yoga philosophy, breath-work and chants may be introduced from time to time as a theme for class or as a meditation. 

All levels  – modifications/props are offered to accommodate special needs. Babies who aren't crawling yet are welcome to attend with their caregiver.

Yoga for 12-Step Recovery: Y12SR ( combines the practical tools of the 12-step program with the ancient wisdom of Yoga.  Combining the two creates a model that truly addresses addiction as the physical, mental & spiritual dis-ease that it is.  Y12SR is a 12-step based discussion and yoga practice open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or affected by the addictive behavior of others.  This is an open and inclusive group.  All are welcome. Class is supported by donations.

Come to one meeting or come to all, there is no set order or sequence.

Prenatal Yoga: Strengthening movement, stillness and reflection, comforting breath-work, and a sense of community are all parts of this unique prenatal yoga class. Come enjoy an embodied experience in a celebration of pregnancy and birth. Mom-to-be will enhance, or discover, personal agency and empowerment for her birthing event as she explores the power of her body through movement and mindfulness.

No yoga experience necessary, this is appropriate for all levels of ability and all stages of pregnancy. Limitations will be accommodated with modifications.

Momma & Baby: Bring your baby while you get your yoga on! This class is for women with non-mobile babies who want to focus on strengthening and balancing postures for the postpartum body.

Breath and movement are linked together in a meditative flow while baby is within arm’s reach in case s/he needs attention.  

All levels are welcome and modifications are offered to accommodate special needs. Come enjoy an inclusive community atmosphere during this special time in your life.


Private Classes: Private yoga sessions are wonderful for the new student as well as the student who wishes to hone a focus on certain part of the practice. I have benefited greatly from working with a teacher privately and gladly offer the same - in home or in studio for 45, 60, 75 or 90 min sessions. Please be in touch to discuss.

Meditation Explorations: 4-week series teaches a different technique each week. 

Come learn the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. Each class will explore different techniques and ways to build a personal practice. You'll discover that with practice you experience a calm mind, improved focus, reduced stress, clarity of perception and an improved sense of well-being.

All levels of experience and physical ability are welcome. Everyone can meditate, it is simple to learn!
