I am a lifelong learner and happily share my discoveries and experiences with the classes that I teach. My classes are an invitation to explore and become curious – I very much enjoy an exchange of energy. I am continually amazed as I learn more and more about how the body functions and moves for fitness and birth, and as I delve deeper into the experience of the human condition, our “being-ness”. I study yoga philosophy, spiritual inquiry and meditation/mindfulness.
As a mom, it is my hope that my children live their lives with personal agency, equanimity and integrity.
